The hunky Arrow star, who plays the show's superhero Green Arrow, exchanged vows with actress Cassandra Jean during a sunset ceremony officiated by the couple's close friend.
According to celebrity blog Just Jared, the newlyweds rang in the New Year (13) in sun-soaked St. Barts.
Jean was previously a contestant on reality show America's Next Top Model, and has since made appearances in TV shows including One Tree Hill and Hannah Montana.
